Fibrant services soon will transition to Hotwire Communications and thus end the City’s operation and management of the fiber optic network. While this upcoming transition is bittersweet for us, we are excited about the debut of Hotwire Communications in our community. This website will redirect to a new site on the effective transition date.
In September, current Fibrant customers will receive information in the mail from Hotwire Communications. This very important letter will contain details about your new Hotwire Communications account and how to reach their 24/7/365 Customer Service department if you have any questions.
Thank you for your previous support of Fibrant.
Business solutions at gigabit speeds.
Your business needs to be connected to keep up. All of our Internet packages have symmetric upload/download speeds, so you are never kept waiting.
Our 100% fiber optic network goes up to 10 gigabits per second (GBPS). Whether you want 10 GBPS or as low as 10 MBPS, our fiber cables are better than traditional copper and provide high speeds even during peak usage times.
True high-definition is here.
We don't compress our video, unlike the national companies. So when you're watching TV on your HD TV, you are getting the true high-definition experience when you have Fibrant.
We also offer TV everywhere, so you can watch your favorite programming on any device, from anywhere with an Internet connection.
